Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Rates are designed for extended stays and reflect Western Springs’ 30-night minimum rental requirement. Discounts may apply for last-minute bookings and longer bookings of two, three or six months. Utilities, landscaping, high-speed Wi-Fi, and use of all home amenities are included in your stay. Additional charges: • Cleaning Fee: $500 per stay (deep cleaning between guests). • Pets: Dogs only, $4/night per pet (≈ $120/month). No cats permitted. Pets must be declared at booking. • EV Charging: Tesla Level 2 charger available, $4/night (≈ $120/month). Non-Tesla drivers may need an adapter. Charging limited to overnight use. • Extra Guests: Base rate includes 4 guests. $15/night for each additional guest (up to 8 total).;

Clarification on cancellation policy for stays longer than 30 nights:
We understand plans can change and strive to be as fair as possible.  If you need to cancel after check-in and there are more than 30 nights remaining on your booking, we will refund all prepaid nights beyond 30 nights from the cancellation date.  Travel insurance is recommended.
